Add a clear title and detailed description to define the policy's purpose.
Determine who can view the policy by selecting Visible to All or Limited Visibility for specific teams or roles.
Upload any necessary files (e.g., PDFs or Word documents) that provide more context or details for the policy.
Select the document status—active or inactive—to control its accessibility and visibility.
Once every parameter is set, click save to create and execute the policy.
