Access Privilege:
· For each module or feature like Employee Management, Payroll, organization profile, my profile, saving declaration, performance review, leave module, Attendance module, Calendar, settings, consolidated report, dashboard, report, support, on-boarding, Multitenant, it defines access levels:
· View Access:
Ø Enable: Allows viewing information in modules.
Ø Disable: Restricts viewing access.
· Add Access:
Ø Enable: Grants the ability to add data.
Ø Disable: Prevents adding data.
· Edit Access:
Ø Enable: Allows making changes to data.
Ø Disable: Restricts editing access.
· Delete Access:
Ø Enable: Permits data deletion in modules.
Ø Disable: Prevents data deletion.
· Customize access privileges for different roles within the organization.
