Department:
Add Department:
· Go to the "Department" or "Organization Structure" section.
· Click on "Add Department”.
· Enter the department name, description, and sub department.
· Click "Add department" to create the department.
Editing or Deleting a Department:
· Go to the "Department” section in HRMS Bharat Payroll.
· Find the department you want to edit or delete from the list of existing departments.
· To Edit: Look for an "Edit" option next to the department entry and click on it.
· Update the department's name and sub-department details as needed.
· Click on "Update" to save the edits to the department.
· To Delete: Look for a "Delete" option next to the department entry and click on it.
· Confirm the deletion when prompted by the system to permanently remove the department.
