Mobile Tracking


Purpose:

Mobile Tracking in HRMS helps track the attendance, location, and movement of field employees or remote staff using the HRMS mobile application. It ensures transparency, accountability, and location-based validation for attendance.

Key Features:

  • GPS-based location tracking at the time of punch-in and punch-out.

  • Live location tracking (if enabled) during work hours.

  • Geo-fencing support – restrict punching to specific locations.

  • Mobile punch reminders and notifications.

  • Tracks movement during official visits or client meetings.

🛠️ How It Works:

  1. Employees install the HRMS Mobile App.

  2. Log in using credentials.

  3. Use the Punch In/Out feature while enabling location access.

  4. The app captures:

    • Exact location coordinates

    • Timestamp

    • Device used

  5. Data is synced with the HRMS server and visible in attendance logs.
