This report highlights missing or incomplete data for employees, such as Work Week, Leave Rule, Attendance Rule, and Work Location assignments.

This report provides a consolidated view of all employees and highlights missing or incomplete configuration data necessary for smooth functioning of the HRMS system.

🔍 Purpose

To quickly identify employees with missing:

Work Week assignment

Leave Rule assignment

Attendance Rule assignment

Official Email

Work Location

Personal Info like First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number and other details

🧾 How to Use

Navigate to: Reports > Employee Information Audit

Use the search bar to find specific employees.

Click on any blue link labeled "Not Assigned" to assign or update the corresponding data.
