Create Leave Rule


Step 1: Accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll

·         Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided for accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll.

·         Log in using your username and password credentials.

·         After successful login, you will be directed to the main dashboard of HRMS Bharat Payroll.

Step 2: Navigating to Leave Management

·         Locate the "Leave Management" menu on the dashboard.

·         Click on the "Leave Management" menu to access the Leave Management module.

Step 3: Accessing Leave Rules Management

·         Within the Leave Management module, find the option for managing leave rules. This may be labeled as "Leave Rules"

·         Click on the "Leave Rules" option to proceed to the leave rule management interface.

·         System will the author name in the table.

Step 4: Creating a New Leave Rule

·         Look for an option to create a new leave rule within the leave rule management interface. This option may be labeled as "Create Rule".

·         Click on the "Create Rule" option to initiate the process of creating a new leave rule.

Step 5: Entering Rule Details

·         In the form or interface for creating a new leave rule, fill in the required details for the rule.

·         Provide a descriptive name for the leave rule to distinguish it from other rules.

·         Specify the parameters of the leave rule, such as leave type (e.g., annual leave, sick leave), accrual method, entitlement period, accrual rate, carryover policy, etc.

·         Set any additional conditions or criteria for the leave rule, such as eligibility criteria, maximum leave balance, minimum notice period for leave requests, etc.

Step 6: Configuring Rule Settings

·         Configure the settings for the leave rule based on your organization's policies and requirements.

·         Set up approval workflows, notification settings, and any other relevant configurations for the leave rule.

Step 7: Saving the New Leave Rule

·         Once you have entered all the necessary details and configured the settings for the leave rule, save the rule by clicking on the "Save" button.

·         The system will validate the rule parameters and confirm the successful creation of the new leave rule.

Step 8: Additional Features

·         Depending on the features of HRMS Bharat Payroll, you may have additional options within the Leave Management module, such as editing existing rules, deleting rules, etc.

·         Explore these features to further customize leave rules and optimize leave management processes.

Step 9: Logging Out

·         After completing your tasks in the Leave Management module, it's essential to log out of HRMS Bharat Payroll for security reasons.

·         Locate the "Logout" or "Sign Out" option, typically found in the top-right corner of the screen, and click on it to log out of your account.
