CCTV Attendance History

The CCTV Attendance History feature allows admins or authorized personnel to track employee attendance based on CCTV verification. It is useful for ensuring transparency and validating presence in premises where CCTV-based attendance is enabled.

🔹 Navigation:

Go to Attendance Module > CCTV Attendance History

🔹 Purpose:

To view a historical log of attendance records captured through integrated CCTV systems. This provides an additional layer of verification, especially in environments where biometric or manual entry may not be sufficient.

🔹 Key Features:

1. Date-Wise Records:

   • View attendance entries captured by CCTV on a selected date.

   • Filter by date range for specific periods.

2. Employee Search:

   • Use the search bar to find specific employee entries.

   • Filter results by employee name, ID, or department.

3. Image/Video Preview (if enabled):

   • View captured snapshots or footage (if your system supports media).

   • Helps verify physical presence.

4. Attendance Details:

   • Shows:

     • Employee Name/ID

     • Timestamp (In/Out)

     • Camera Location (if mapped)

     • Status (e.g., Present, Missed, Unverified)

5. Download/Export Option:

   • Export the CCTV attendance logs in Excel or PDF for record-keeping (if enabled).
