Employee Management

1. Roles:

·         Navigate to the "Employee Management" section.

·         Click on "Roles" to view and manage employee roles.

·         Add, edit, or delete roles as needed.

·         Assign appropriate permissions and access rights to each role.

2. Bulk Edit:

·         Access the "Employee Management" section.

·         Choose "Bulk Edit" to make changes to multiple employee records simultaneously.

·         Select the employees you want to edit or apply changes to.

·         Modify the necessary fields such as department, designation, Reporting Manager, Grades, Location, Employee status, Employee Type etc.

·         Review changes and confirm to save.

3. Mail:

·         In the "Employee Management" section, click on "Mail”

·         Compose and send emails to individual employees or groups.

·         Use templates for common messages or announcements.

·         Attach files if needed and send the email.

4. Import:

·         Navigate to "Employee Management" > "Import."

·         Prepare an Excel or CSV file with employee data following the specified format.

·         Upload the file to import employee details into the system.

·         Map the columns from the file to corresponding fields in HRMS Bharat.

5. Export:

·         In "Employee Management," select "Export" or "Export Data."

·         Choose the data format (e.g., Excel, CSV) for export.

·         Select the fields you want to include in the export file.

·         Generate and download the export file containing employee data.

6. Invite:

·         Click on "Invite" in the "Employee Management" section.

·         Send invitations to new employees to join the HRMS platform.

·         Provide necessary instructions and login credentials.

·         Track the status of invitations and follow up as needed.

7. Add Employee:

·         Go to "Employee Management" > "Add Employee."

·         Fill in the required details for the new employee (e.g., personal information, id proofs, job details, salary and statutory).

·         Upload documents such as ID proof, resume, etc., if required.

·         Review information and click "Save" to add the employee.

8. Add Columns:


·         Access "Employee Management" > "Add Columns" or "Customize Columns."

·         Choose the additional columns you want to display in the employee list view.

·         Add custom fields if needed for specific data tracking.

·         Save the column configuration.

9. Send Message:

Send Message : allows you to send the mail to particular employee ,by checking the employees and click on send message
