Professional tax:
Step 1: Accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll
· Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided for accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll.
· Log in using your username and password credentials.
· After successful login, you will be directed to the main dashboard of HRMS Bharat Payroll.
Step 2: Navigating to Professional Tax Module
· Locate the "Professional Tax" menu on the dashboard.
· Click on the "Professional Tax" menu to access the Professional Tax module.
Step 3: Adding Professional Tax Details
· Within the Professional Tax module, find the section for adding or managing Professional Tax details.
· Click on "Add Professional Tax Details" or similar option to begin adding PT information for employees.
Step 4: Entering Employee's Professional Tax Information
· Show the professional Tax Slab list in the dropdown.
· Select the Professional Tax slab or rate applicable based on employee's location
· Ensure all mandatory fields are filled accurately.
Step 5: Saving Professional Tax Details
· Click " save" or " update" to save the professional tax details.
Step 6: Updating Professional Tax Details (if needed)
· To update Professional Tax details, access the Professional Tax module.
· Update the Professional Tax details for the respective employee and save the changes.
Step 7: Logging Out
· After completing Professional Tax management tasks, log out of HRMS Bharat Payroll for security reasons.
· Locate the "Logout" or "Sign Out" option in the top-right corner of the screen and click on it.
