Approved Declaration List:
Step 1: Accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll
- Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided for accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll.
- Log in using your username and password credentials.
- After successful login, you will be directed to the main dashboard of HRMS Bharat Payroll.
Step 2: Navigating to Approved Declaration List
- Locate the Saving Declaration menu on the dashboard.
- Click on the "Approved Declaration List" menu to access the employee self-service portal.
Step 3: Accessing Approved Declaration List
- Within the employee self-service portal, find the section related to approved declarations.
- This may be labeled as "Approved Declarations List”
- Click on the "Approved Declarations List" to view your approved declaration list.
Step 4: Viewing Approved Declaration Forms
- In the approved declaration list, you will see a display of forms that have been approved by the employer or processing authority.
- Each entry in the list represents a specific declaration form that has been processed and approved.
Step 5: Checking Declaration Details
- Review each entry in the approved declaration list to check the details of the corresponding form.
- The form may display approved amounts, changes, or updates made during the approval process.
Step 6: Reviewing Approval Comments
- If applicable, check for any comments or notes provided by the approving authority regarding the approved declaration.
- These comments may provide additional context or explanations related to the approval decision.
Step 7: Acknowledging Approval
- Acknowledge the approval of the declaration by reviewing the details and confirming that the approved amounts or changes align with your expectations.
Step 8: Logging Out
- Look towards the upper-right corner of your screen, where you'll find the “Logout” or “Sign Out” button. Click on it to exit the system securely and prevent unauthorized access.
