Saving Declaration Form:

Step 1: Accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll

·         Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided for accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll.

·         Log in using your username and password credentials.

·         After successful login, you will be directed to the main dashboard of HRMS Bharat Payroll.

Step 2: Navigating to Declaration Section

·         Locate the "Saving Declaration Form" menu on the dashboard.

·         Click on the " Saving Declaration Form "menu to access the employee self-service portal.

·         Look for options related to declarations or tax-related activities. This may be labeled as "Create Declaration"

Step 3: Accessing Declaration Form

·         Within the declarations section, find the specific declaration form that you need to complete and save.

·         Click on the relevant declaration form to open it for editing.

Step 4: Filling out the Declaration Form

·         Carefully fill out the required fields in the declaration form. These fields may include personal information, tax-related details, investment declarations, etc.

·         Ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date information as required by your organization and tax regulations.

·         It will show the comparison sheet in which it shows the which regime is suitable to the employee

·         Employee need to click on the cancel button if doesn’t want the choose the old regime, by clicking on the cancel but system by default it will take new regime

·         Employee need to click on old regime and declare his amount according to his saving.

Step 5: Reviewing Declaration Information

·         After filling out the declaration form, review the information entered to verify its accuracy and completeness.

·         Check for any missing or incorrect details that need to be corrected before saving.

·         Once you have verified the information, look for an option to save or submit the declaration form.

·         Click on the "Save" or "Submit" button to save your declaration information.

·         Details will be shown in the Saving Declaration List.

Step 6: Reviewing Saved Declarations

·         After saving the declaration, you can review your saved declarations at any time by accessing the declaration section of the employee self-service portal.

·         Ensure that all submitted declarations are accurately recorded and accessible for future reference.

Step 7: Logging Out

·         After completing declaration-related tasks, it's important to log out of HRMS Bharat Payroll for security reasons.

·         Locate the "Logout" or "Sign Out" option, typically found in the top-right corner of the screen, and click on it to log out of your account.
