Approved Declaration:
Step 1: Accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll
· Open your web browser and navigate to the URL provided for accessing HRMS Bharat Payroll.
· Log in using your username and password credentials.
· After successful login, you will be directed to the main dashboard of HRMS Bharat Payroll.
Step 2: Navigating to Approved Declaration Module
· Locate the "Approved Declaration" menu on the dashboard.
· Click on the "Approved Declaration" menu to access the Approved Declaration module.
Step 3: Viewing Approved Employee Declarations
· Within the Approved Declaration module, you will see a list of employee records with approved saving declarations.
· Identify the employee whose declaration you want to view.
Step 4: Accessing Employee Declaration Details
· Click on the employee's name or profile to view their approved saving declaration details.
· Review the declaration information, including declared investments, deductions, and exemptions.
Step 5: Checking Employer Approvals
· Verify the approval status of the declaration within the employee's record.
· Ensure that the declaration has been reviewed and approved by the employer.
Step 6: Monitoring Compliance
· Use the Approved Declaration module to monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Identify any discrepancies or issues related to employee declarations.
Step 7: Logging Out
· After viewing approved employee declarations, log out of HRMS Bharat Payroll for security reasons.
· Locate the "Logout" or "Sign Out" option, typically found in the top-right corner of the screen, and click on it to log out of your account.
