Rejected
The Rejected List in the On boarding module displays candidates who’s on boarding applications were not approved. This feature helps HR team’s track, manage, and review applicants who did not meet the on boarding criteria, allowing for better record-keeping and follow-up if needed.
Accessing the Rejected List
1. Navigate to the On boarding Module:
- Log in to the BHARAT PAYROLL system.
- Go to the On boarding module and select Rejected List from the menu options.
2. Viewing Rejected Applications:
- In the Rejected List, you can view all candidates who have been rejected.
- The list includes key details for each rejected candidate, such as:
- Candidate Name
- Position Applied For
- Rejection Date
- Rejection Reason
- Reviewer Comments (if applicable)
3. Searching and Filtering:
- Use search filters to quickly find specific candidates in the Rejected List.
- You can filter by criteria such as Position, Rejection Date, or Rejection Reason to narrow down the list.
